Ordering from CBA Lighting & Controls is as easy as clicking your computer mouse, dialing the phone, or sending a FAX. Of course, we'll be happy to accept an order by mail, but that's not very fast due to the speed of first class mail delivery. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Online Store Terms of Use

Using our online store is quick and convenient. When you use our online store, you agree to and accept the following:

  • The data we collect when you place an order with us WILL NOT BE SUPPLIED TO ANY THIRD PARTY without your permission. However, we may use such data to process your order and to contact you in the future to maintain our mutual business relationship.
  • We do not ship outside the United States of America. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • The products we sell are only intended for use at airports, heliports and in associated applications. THESE ARE NOT CONSUMER PRODUCTS! If you use any product purchased from us contrary to what is stated above, you immediately release us from all liability and indemnify us of any damages.
  • Only YOU can know exactly what item(s) you need to order. Please be sure before ordering. If you need help, please click the Online Chat button, call us for assistance or send us an email. We're all better off when things are done right the first time.
  • When you place an order you represent that you are authorized to make such purchases. If you must use a purchase order number, require a payment voucher or any other paperwork, we need to know before we ship the order. Please make note of it in the Comments section during checkout.
  • We review every order prior to processing. Price changes in your favor are made automatically. We will contact you by email or phone if we have any concerns.
  • We use UPS shipping services exclusively. The Shipping and Handling Charges at checkout are exact. Our Checkout page only handles Standard Ground Service shipping. If you need your order faster, please call our Sales Department to place the order.
  • When you place an order you agree to accept all of our Standard Terms and Conditions without reservation or exception. This includes our returns policy, payment policy, shipping charges and warranty terms.
  • We check our online orders during normal business hours. Please be patient if you don't get an immediate response from us. OUR CUTOFF FOR SAME DAY SHIPMENT OF INTERNET ORDERS IS 2 HOURS BEFORE SALES DEPARTMENT END OF DAY. Of course this is based on the item being in stock at our warehouse.

Ordering Online

You can order online anytime of the day or night - whatever fits YOUR schedule. If you order outside our regular business hours, we'll fill your order when we start our next business day. Our online ordering system is as secure as any on the internet, so you can rest easy knowing that your sensitive information is guarded against identity theft by the best technology available. Payment of online orders is by MasterCard, Visa, American Express or using your established Open Account.

Ordering by Phone

Call our Sales Department during business hours. We'll be happy to take your order, answer questions about our products or help you find the item you're looking for.

Most phone orders for in-stock products ship the same day via UPS delivery services. We can even handle your rush order with overnight shipping up until 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

Ordering by FAX

FAX your order to (860) 623-9941 and we'll see that it is filled as soon as possible. Please include a contact person and phone number on your order in case we have any questions. Also, we need a physical address in order to ship your order via UPS.

While fax ordering is almost as good as ordering online, it isn't as secure. Please don't send credit card information via fax. If you want to pay with a credit card, note it on the order and we will call you for the card information.
